I just want to take a moment to thank everyone who sent good wishes my dads way. It has been an insane, non-stop weekend for my sister Michelle and I. Some things went better then planned....some things worse.....some remain to be seen. But thats about the way life goes, doesnt it? Dad seems ok. He slept fine his first night and really had a happy attitude. I know there are going to be some bumps in the road...but am optimistic (really....me??? LOL!) that this is going to be OK. He met 2 ladies....and even had a very sweet note left on his door tonight from a resident (female LOL) offering any help he needs. If I could just maybe learn to tone down my off-the-wall sense of humour a bit around him....sometimes stuff just comes out that I know confuses him....but the Queen of Awkward cannot help. Right now I have a Miller 64 and a need for some Real Housewives of Atlanta. Need me a lil twirling and cat-fighten. Gnight all....again.....thank you!
