I just want to thank all my family, friends and acquaintances who took the time to send a message make a comment or like my status. This has been a sad and heart breaking time for myself and my family. Although this has been a rough week , I am thankful for getting to spend quality time with my large close family whom I love so very much and I am thankful for all of you. My cousin Florence-Mary Farrell Duggan (whos mom was my mom best friend and cousin )wrote the flowing poem for my mom and I wanted to share it here. Thank you all again very much. Just a personal poem. I lost someone special today Loved by everyone in Little Bay She was gracious and kind And for all who loved her, In every hardship She shined What a sad loss to her family and friends Yet this is not where her lifetime begins! It began in Little Bay with her true love and friend And life moved along with no beginning or end. She became a mother, a mentor, a partner in life But a teacher and friend and a beautiful wife. She taught her children, but not just her own She was an example to all she had known How we will miss her kind heart and warm smile Her great love for her family if not just awhile. A gentle woman, so patient and good She taught us all the meaning of Motherhood. We will miss you Mrs. Walsh, sure all the time. We will remember your heart in every Rhyme. So many loved you, you may not know, Yet you will always be remembered and loved ever so. RIP
