I just wanted to come online and thank each and every one of you for your love, support and prayers with all of my heart. I am doing better but I have a ways to go yet. I was able to sit up for several hours yesterday and for the first time in over a week I could keep a of coffee down as well as food. Unfortunately I still couldnt walk very well without help and had several blackouts. I cant go back to work until I can stay on my feet and Im working hard to make that happen. Im still feeling very weak and today Im feeling very pukey, and have already had two blackouts today. The surgeon told us that it make take me a while to get my strength back since I had lost so much spinal fluid and had become so weak. Dr. Attellson was so concerned about me that he actually came back to the recovery room to check on me and personally adjust my bed and such. The nurses freaked out because they said that he had NEVER done that for anyone before. I thank the Creator for all of you and for giving me a surgeon to do the blood patch that truly cares. Also I would like to thank my daughter for keeping you all informed and for all she has done to help me. I also thank both her and Marquita for keeping up with my games. My youngest granddaughter broke my kindle by accident so I dont get online much.
