I just wanted to give an update on Devon Marques. He is my nephew and I just got home from WVU. He had surgery on his neck today. Vertebrae C3-c5 were severely damaged but no compression on spinal cord like they originally thought it would be unrepairable. He will eventually have to have surgery on his nose because it is also broke but they will do that later, his neck and getting feeling back is the main thing right now. He can move both arms up to his face however has no feeling but in his right hand. He is very swollen and banged up a good bit and had to have several gashes sutured on his face and ear. Docs are saying we should know more in 24-48 hours if he regains feeling from neck down. He wants to just get up and go and we told him to be patient but remain positive and he has so many people praying for him. He was so happy to hear that. Thank you for all the continued prayers and support!!!
