I just wanted to let everyone know what kind of customer service I have experienced with Rogers the last few days. I recently called them on November 7, 2013, spent 2.5 hours on the phone and was transferred between 4 technicians in which I had to repeat my information and problem 4 different times (very annoying). I am experiencing a technical issue with my voicemail which seems like non of the Rogers Technicians know how to fix as I was transferred from one to the other and my problem was never fixed. My 2.5 hour phone call ended with the issuing a ticket and having my problem escalated. I was told that my problem would be fixed within 48 hours and that I would be contacted by a rogers representative to let me know my issue was resolved. So Monday November 11, 2013 comes around and my issue has not yet been fixed nor was I contacted by anyone at rogers. So I call again spend another 3 hours on the phone, during my work hours to try and have my issue resolved. Once again I am passed over to another 3 technicians ad no one can solve the problem and by the sounds of it my ticket/issue was never looked at and I am now told that it will be fixed by November 19, 2013. That is another week without access to my voicemail inbox. I rely on my voicemail for business inquires as I am not able to take calls during work hours I have been losing business and money because I have not been able to respond to voicemails and missed calls. My clients are becoming frustrated which frustrates me because it looks like Rogers is not making much of an effort to resolve my problem. You would think being with them for 10 years and having a monthly bill of $100 (way too much but what can I do) they would own up to there poor customer service and be loyal to a long time customer and offer me some kind of reimbursement or a better monthly plan, but no all they offered to do was deduct a measly $5 off my bill for some value pack I didnt even add to my package to begin with. I am truly disappointed with Rogers customer service at this point and wish I had never signed another contract with them when my previous had expired. I am posting this page to make everyone aware of how unappreciative this company is about its users. I fork over $1000 a year to these guys and they are not willing to budge on my plan and keep me happy yet alone fix my issue. When this contract expires im saying goodbye to Rogers and hello to someone new... Sincerely, A very unhappy customer! Jeffery Aguiar Rogers
