I just wanted to share my experience of last night with you to show that even when a cinema that manages A.S. much better than Cineworld do, things can still go wrong. I arrived at my cinema last night approximately 20 minutes before the scheduled start time. The film was never going to attract a huge audience and was in one of the smaller screenrooms. I could see on the screen that my preferred row was a little too populated for my liking so I chose the row behind and left several seats between me and the others who had already booked. When we were allowed in, I left my tote bag and shopping on my seat whilst I nipped to the loo and bought a drink. On my return, my heart dropped as I now had a man sat right next to me and a woman was seated one seat along from him. Annoyingly, so many other seats in other rows stayed empty. I could tell that the man who was sat next to me wasnt happy that I took my seat but in fairness, the bright yellow bag on the seat was a bloody big hint that it was occupied mate! Bunching together of patrons does happen and is annoying. Staff do really need to use common sense when selling tickets, they really do. L
