I just wanted to thank everyone that showed up for our Valley Springs Town Hall meeting last night. There were many great conversations regarding issues in our community. Some were heated but thats ok! I understand the frustration that is out there. It been there for a long time and I feel we can overcome it if we learn how to communicate with each other, we will be able to identify the real needs of our community and solve some of the major issues. I am optimistic!! Last night I experienced the real Valley Springs and it he wonderful, passionate people that live there! I am excited about the possibilities as there are many great things that can happen there. Thanks to the folks that came to the meeting, thanks to the folks that came and participated, and thanks to Valley Springs Elementary, their staff and CUSD for helping us to make this meeting possible.
