I just watched a news segment on CBSs Sunday Morning show that showed the top floors of my former place of business being converted into condominiums. Yes, the top 30 floors of the Cathedral of Commerce commonly known as The Woolworth Building at 233 Broadway in NYC will become multi-million dollar homes for the very rich. It is interesting to think that the future owner of the 5-floor top of the building condominium will be standing on the balcony where I have stood and taken pictures of the World Trade Center.
