I just watched, for the umpteenth time, The Shadow with Alec Baldwin. I did like his portrayal and remembered how it followed the original theme of the series from the radio days. I also remembered how they used the same theme for Batman Begins which I think was a stolen idea from the shadow (I guess it seemed cooler to make Bruce Wayne learn from overseas Asian studies as opposed to the original which was Bruce Wayne being self taught in police training, etc.). I think I prefer Alec Baldwins spoiled playboy turned villian in Asia and reformed than Bales version of spoiled playboy Bruce Wayne in a prison overseas. Anyway, that is my take on the subject, I vented and am free to move on.
