I just went thru jailer school and they teach you the proper way to search someone! No big deal right? Wrong! An officer brings in a female tonight after he wrestles her to the ground and she is very drunk. Takes her to Er for treatment of gravel burns. Puts her back in squad car and in Sally port she waits for me. I get out there and search her which is standard protocol for being brought in the jail. In her back pocket I find a 4 bladed pocket knife. The ofcr is standing behind me and I hand the knife to him. We could have been hurt had she flipped out and used it on is!!!! Thank god for jailer school!!!!
