I just woke up. Moved in to my apartment for 2 months yesterday, & started my first bar shift at The Prague Beer Museum last night. After traveling, being hungover & with little sleep I dont think it went bad at all! With 30 different beers/ales to pour with a head in the right place, its a lot different to a Fosters tap in England that you just smash down & fill to the brim! Much more intense than my easy life as a lifeguard, 2 hour lunch breaks are no more! But now I need some rest & to find my bearings. All in all, so far, so good.
