I keep getting email responses about how U.S. Rep. Chris Smith from New Jersey introduced a bill aimed at monitoring juicy bars. That was in 2010. About how the Air force has taken action. That is only one branch of the military, in one city, in one country. That there is courtesy patrol (they dont do anything). A for effort but barely making a dent in the problem. I was stationed in South Korea from the end of 2011 to the beginning of 2013 and its still happening. The DOD response is they won’t issue a ban on all juicy bars because it would be unfair to bars not involved in prostitution. Question is: Why does the department of defense have to wait till the establishments are caught directly engaging in prostitution or human trafficking? Whatever they are doing is not working. The only solution is post all establishments off limits that exploit third world nationals. Juicy Girls are modern day slaves. Andy (Founder and Admin for this page)
