I keep seeing this post about making it illegal for kids to get tattoos with parental consent under the age of 18. I have 15 tattoos and my husband has 20. I dont judge people for not having tattoos, so why am I judged for having them? They dont affect my ability to raise my kids, perform my job, or be a normal human. If my kid wants to get a tattoo at 16, it is my right to make that decision. I would rather take them to a reputable shop, and have it done by a professional, than to have them go behind my back and get ti done by a scratcher. You dont like my decision, fine. No one is forcing you to make the same decision. When I gave birth to these children, it became my responsibility to make decisions for them. How about you keep your nose out of what the hell Im doing and mind ur business. I think there are more important things for lawmakers to worry about than my kid getting a tattoo. Good lord. I am a college graduate and have a great job. All of these things I did with tattoos. Dont like them, dont get them. Plain and simple.
