I kinda feel like a dum dum…… After meeting Autumn Calabrese at Super Saturday, I decided I needed to finally do her program the 21 Day Fix. Ive had it in my cabinet for 7 months since it came out in February! I dont know why I was putting it off. Probably because I was already at my goal and I felt I had my eating habits under control. Well, over the last 2 months Ive put on 10 lbs and I am NOT happy about it. Its not the # on the scale that has me bothered, its my clothes fitting a little more snuggly and just not feeling my best. I dont like not feeling in control of my eating. Sometimes I think maintaining your weight can be almost as challenging as losing it. What Ive learned is if I dont have a plan, I end up all over the place, so I literally just opened the program this morning and got started. I already cant believe how OFF I was with my portions and food choices. The great news is Im not hungry! Im just eating different things. This program also comes with a 30 minutes a day exercise program that incorporates barre legs, pilates, yoga, cardio, weights, etc. but I wont be doing that portion until after Im done with T25 since I committed to doing the full 10 weeks again (just started week 2). I kind of feel like Ive let my previous customers down in a way because Ive never given them solid advice on how to eat during our accountability groups. Ive pretty much just left food choices and portions up to them. Man, is that a BAD idea. I am not the expert here, so this meal plan is going to be a real game changer! The exciting news is that this program is only $10 for the next 2 days, if you also choose 30 days of Shakeology. Shakeology is easily incorporated into this program and counts for just 1 of your proteins (red containers) for the day. This IS a 21 day program, but most people adopt the eating plan long term.
