To have it, to have life, and to have its pleasure, you must at the same time let go of it.” ~ Alan Watts Isn’t it interesting that even though we live in a world where everything is constantly changing, a world where people, things, places and experiences come and go, we somehow choose to ignore, reject and resist this truth and we try to grasp very hard on to everything and everyone? We are afraid of letting go and we are afraid of living, since learning to let go is learning to live... And because we hold on to everything so hard, we take the life out of everything and we take the life out of life. Just reminded me of the saying.... If you love somebody, let them go, for if they return, they were always yours. If they dont, they never were.
