I knew it all along! E-books are great, but not before bed. They disrupt your REM sleep and leave you feeling sleepier the next day. Sleep is my number one priority and the foundation of all of my other spiritual practices, including tapping. (and btw, yes, sleep is definitely a spiritual experience.)
