I know I am not the only person in Crazy Land out here who despises being lied to or about. I know the bible says liars will go to hell. But it seems they put other people who dont lie through it now! Maybe they only going to reap what they are sowing, I dont know. But this whole day I have had to deal with nice-dishonest people. Of course this happens frequently in Business. But once in a while you have to draw the line. I realize we all make mistakes and need another chance sometimes to get it right. But those who are lying habitually, even if youre a salesperson, you are a LIAR! Even if you are a lawyer and you lie like I experienced this past year, you are a LIAR! Dont call people like me mean, mean is lying repeatedly and not correcting it with someone. Of course we have to forgive and not let it get under our skin and get rude, but once in awhile you might have to kindly say, sir or madam you are lying to me, why? If they correct themselves move on. But unfortunately a lot of people, even Christians I have had to deal with, lie. They excuse it away especially if they are a professional, a business person or pastor. People all the time listen to gossip and form an opinion of you, even when they act so mature and say they dont. But they listen in counseling or by other means people they trust without you having your opportunity to address the issue. They lie to you. I have set back and years later seen the same person who were held in high praise because of position and turn on the one they lied to. And no that one lied to does not come back to you and say I am sorry, and I change my opinion. No they find another fault to attach to you. Terrible but true. It is pretty obvious after watching someone how they truly respect you. Today on the phone with one after another I caught in lies that are costing my paycheck. But I did not confront them as of yet, still giving them opportunity, but it seems like some this is a normal way to do business. If so then that is called a LIAR! Christians shouldnt lie to each other or anyone else. If you do you will be judged by those who hear you and understand what you have done, so dont cry like a baby and get mad at them for judging. Stop lying! Just because you have clout and an anointing even, stop lying. Just because you have to be better at your job than the next salesperson, stop lying. Just because you are scared, stop lying. It is a choice. Sometimes we may honestly not realize that something is not true. But covering it up with another lie is not conducive to an honest report or life. I dont think we should get riled over someone lying to us here and there, even though it is still wrong. But if you are like me you have had you life turned upside down by these types for years and finally after forgiving and forgiving, smiling and not attacking any individual, you get to a place that it is ENOUGH! People today at my Church have formed an opinion that affects me every time I try to advance. I forgive and continue in my humiliation while they get there awards, it is a shame. But one day God will sort it all out. They can excuse it away that it is my imagination, but there is so much proof it isnt, but I lose either way. So yes I have had enough of liars any where they show up. Years of it and I have stayed faithful is ENOUGH! So I draw closer to Jesus while they become more successful. But one day payday is coming and I am asking God to give them mercy right now. I know I need it for some other things at times. Mercy to the LIARS!
