I know I can, I know I can, OUCHIE, I know I can! Pain is hard, its emotionally isolating, its crippling at times, its so hard to deal with. But remember, we have Survived much worse! But we have to keep on with the I Know I Can and know that tomorrow may be a better day. By keeping the spirit alive in our hearts/minds even when our bodies aint listening, is Vital. Pain can make this very hard, I know, Im there right now. But it wont defeat me, dont let it defeat you either! We are tougher than any pain that comes our way, as long as we believe We Can! Just like everything that comes then goes away, this too shall pass in time. ~ Jeni
