I know I have fb friends who are battling depression & decided to share this as food for thought. I have personally witnessed the aftermath of what suicide does to the families that are left behind. Bruces grandfather committed suicide & a dear friend of mine committed suicide. For those of us left behind, it seems very selfish to commit suicide. After all these years, I still feel that way. It feels like a very selfish act of thinking of no one else, but yourself. Not thinking of your loved ones left behind. For those of you who have depression, please seek help if you have thoughts of suicide! Those loved ones left behind are NOT better off without you! They harbor feelings of guilt thinking that maybe there was something else they could have done. Help really is a phone call away! So pick up that phone & be honest with someone about it! One day, one minute at a time! Love to all of you!
