I know I have posted Chiefs Bermudez testimony in the Barella Case - TopicsExpress

I know I have posted Chiefs Bermudez testimony in the Barella Case on a previous occasion on another page. It was taken down by one of his minions for obvious reasons. I post it again because a Freeporter recently reached out to me and mentioned that in Bermudez testimony he mentioned that he was a member of the Freeport Historical Society. The Historical Society as we know it has kept some great records of Freeports past and is a great guide for anyone that wishes to learn about the Villages history. Why is this important, the person who contacted me, reminded me that one of the first orders of Bermudez when his junta gained power was to order all Freeport Police Blotters from nearly 80 years ago destroyed through burning them. Bermudez further ordered all the Memo books of every retired police officer destroyed in the same fashion. So much Freeport Police history literally went up in flames because of such power hungry arrogance. Why couldnt so much history of a fine police department be turned over to the Historical Society?
