I know I know....I sound like broken record. But it dawned on me. I started in 2010 to FINALLY take care of myself. And when I started to see results coupled with my nerdy enthusiasm its been hard to shut me up. Can I be better....weigh less...go farther...be stronger...buy better shoes...get less blisters....eat egg whites...use less peanut butter....all of that stuff?? Lol....yes....I can. But when it works and I love it....I love to share it. But then....the broken record continues. I cant stop talking about my Dynamics of Leadership....because I see it WORKING. I saw lightbulbs go on last night. I saw enthusiasm. And i.saw.kids THINKING!!!! MAN that fires me up!! And makes me more committed to making DoL even better and better and bigger! What a session last night!!!! Annnnnnnd....I WOULDNT be able to do it without working out. So.time to SHUT IT.....and knock out some sweat!!! Hulk SMASH!!!!!!!!
