I know I post videos and pics from time to time around irresponsible drivers illegally parking on pavements but, it really makes things difficult for those of us who, erm, use the pavement for what it is meant for. I took this video in Selly Oak yesterday (2nd September 2014). Does anyonw know who I can take this to and will they take the matter seriously? No point in talking to the shops around the area in my view as they wont do anything to discourage the practice because they presumably are the ones who bennifit from the custom. I imagine that shop owners also park in this way as its easier and they can keep an eye on their car; pop out when they need to and so on.
