I know I shouldnt... But...... The following is a complaint made against me from someone I have not met and have not spoken to. PURE GOLD..... The DELICATE question I responded to. Are **** cars one of the most stolen vehicles? Response when I said no....... Good morning, l feel rather awkward in having to send you this email, but l have never in my life had to make a complaint before l have even entered the premises. l am somewhat irritated over the standoffish replies l received from Ms Johanna your Sales Executive, her emails will be sent to you for clarification, her obsequious greeting and content of her emails were met by me with great displeasure. The question l posed to Ms Berends was mentioned as a delicate one, however her reply to me was indignant and l would dare say a reprimand for even asking such a question. It is irrelevant to me whether Ms Berends believed or disbelieved the enquiry, however l do get rather fractious when my word is taken with doubt. l have observed the ****** for quite sometime now and have been immensely impressed by them and the popularity they now have a reputation for, unfortunately l read an article l believe it may have been earlier this year that the ***** and one other vehicle were the top two vehicles that are stolen, it was also in the Australian section of one of the many overseas newspapers l am subscribed too, so naturally l was delicately going to ask Ms Berends why was this so and if there was a way that this could be avoided. l understand Ms Berends passion for the product she sells, all l required was an answer, l did not request a lecture on parts of information l am already aware of. What l found quite remarkable was the significant difference in approachability between Ms Berends and Mr ***** , even after all this drama, l will still be buying a ***** from your showroom, l was delighted to find out from Mr ***** your location, as it has a sentimental attachment to me, my darling father he was an ( secret job title hidden) for **** years and purchased all his ******vehicles from near where you are situated. l will not be requiring the services of Ms Berends, l am assuming that the Sales Person get a Commission on each car they sell, l would like to request the services of Mr ***** , it will be more than likely l will desire some added features for the **** , l will be wanting an automatic Jeep, l am not sure whether it will be the **** or the ***** and we also have a trade in a Toyota. l would like the ****to be in my name, however l will not be driving even a kilometre in it, so l would like my husband ***** licence number to be placed as the driver, there is a reason for this; 1/ we have a Black German Shepherd to whom will find the **** much more comfortable, l have a Toyota ***which was given to me as a birthday present l think it was 2004, it has only done ********* Kilometres, but as ( dogs name) grows it will be too small for him. 2/ The **** will be better for me in comfort ability as not long after l was given the new car, l had a work accident my husband and l are ( important job title deleted) and l also teach apprentices. l lost my spleen, gall bladder and contracted PSTD ( very high pressure and stressful job) last year l had another minor operation where l contracted an infection, twice l was returned to **** , the third time l laid down for an afternoon nap and slipped into a coma, the infection had resurrected itself, quite common when one is without a spleen, the consequences were that l had lapsed into a coma, stayed in it for about 5/6 days, acquired septicaemia, pneumonia and viral encephalitis and was in a delirium for nearly a month. Well l survived as you can read, this is why l will require **** to be placed as driver. We would like to visit your showroom on Friday,if you could reply or call ****** today if that is at all possible, as l will need to know the opening hours of your showroom. l apologise for such a long and detailed letter, but if you could inform Mr ****** of these details apart from the matter of Ms Berends, l would not want her to feel embarrassed with her colleagues, it is a private matter. My husbands name is *******and mine is ********, l chose to keep my name when we married long ago due to my lineage that goes back to the Saxons. Hoping to hear from you in regard to visiting your showroom on Friday. Most Faithfully.
