I know Malaysian ministers have not developed the skills to use their brains. But sometimes you dont even have to. Just google up and you will know what you need to know. Methods of flood control are all over the internet. Easiest is wikipedia. What is so hard to make necessary precaution or built facilities to contain extra water in a city? We have been hit by flood many times before, what more convincing do they need to prove that we need to make changes? Till 1 million people die? Or till Najib gets a hole in one playing golf?
