I know a lot of folks are sick of all the independence stuff on here, and I understand that. However, as much as I have limited interest in politics, I think this referendum is one of the most important choices in our lifetime. I have read comments from both yes and no folks and kept an open mind until recently. Yes - there is the unknown of what the future would be like after a yes vote, people dont like change, better the devil you know and all that jazz. So what do we know? A government that uses us as a storage yard for trident, one who has already ripped the arse out of Scottish industry - Ravenscraig, etc plus used Scottish people as human guinea pigs - poll tax! ask yourself seriously before its too late - if independence doesnt happen - what will Scotland have left? What will our future look like? Ask yourself why the uk government want us to stay so desperately they are trying their best to put the fear into Scottish people??? Somehow I dont think its because they are doing us any favours. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, all I am asking is that anyone heading for the voting stations in a few weeks ensures they know the full picture and dont vote no due to the scaremongering or the fear of change. Your kids, grand kids and all of our future generations depend on YOU spending a couple of hours looking over this properly. If you care at all about family, you will be responsible and you will make sure you do! (Rant over sorry) Please share this if you think you can make a difference! X
