I know a lot of my FB friends like recipes, so I will share with you what I made today: had some new golden baby potatoes, and I was hungry for potato salad. Did the usual w/ the potatos; let cool; chopped into chunks; added fresh diced chives; green onions; garlic pepper; garlic powder; a few water chestnuts; 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped; about 1/4 c. frozen peas; a handful of raisins; then about 1/4 c. sour cream, mayonnaise to consistency, and finally a dash of cayenne pepper for some kick. Never done it this way before. But *I* thought it was delicious.
