I know it looks like an insane number of coolers but really, all - TopicsExpress

I know it looks like an insane number of coolers but really, all these Yetis actually make my boat fish bigger. Totally safe dry storage for all my cameras and photography stuff that absolutely has to stay totally safe. Enough cold drinks and snacks for several days for both me and Mojo, and they’re so strong you can stand on them.I even use em to carry giant live bait. The water stays cool and the gaskets are so good you can totally fill them without ever a single drop of water slopping out. Tip of the week: I like to shut down at the top of a pool or edge of a flat then climb up on the highest Yeti with the remote for my troll motor and Powerpole around my neck. I move slowly along the deepest where I can still see the bottom. Best is slow drift. I have the pole a few inches from the bottom and drop the pole to stop when I see something, then carefully gaze at the bottom. When Ive visually covered the area I can see, I lift the pole a few inches, move quietly as far as the edge of my previous window and repeat.( A sectional 18+ graphite push pole is great for this in many freshwater applications.) Im looking for bait, cover, and areas where I cannot see, and of course fish. When I see something I want to catch, I am often able to catch it because it has not been spooked. One of my Immutable Laws of Angling is You cannot catch a fish that knows you are after it . And by the way, this is not a shameless plug. Ive got a garage full of coolers with busted locks, hinges, liners that leak and have lasted an average of 2 trips before becoming unreliable. I had to use two sets of ratchet straps when I shipped them.. My yetis are going on 3 years and confidently ship my gear in them with a couple of zip ties. I love these things. Those of you who own Yetis know what Im talking about.
