I know my cousin has posted this type of question before, but it kind of makes me weary when people I dont know friend request me. Of course anyone from my high school or college I tend to accept. The ones that really confuse me are the ones where we have absolutely no friends in common. Ive requested people in my industry or associated with my favorite teams (like ASU) or that are on group pages that give great insight to football, baseball or basketball. A true fan (of my favorite teams) is pretty much always cool with me. But, sometimes I wonder if there are people friend requesting that have ulterior motives. So, have any of you ever had someone you know you had a past issue with friend request you? Or someone sent the request to get info about what you are up to, etc? I find it strange. Obviously, I dont post personal info other than general and vague things. Im inviting you to share your experience on this post (good or bad). Sometimes, I wonder if I actually do know some of the people requesting the friendship on FB & I just may not remember them. I have been involved in so many community groups & causes that it could be people I actually do know. The hardest thing is when women change their last name because of marriage or divorce. Your thoughts?
