Please let me know--obviously I want the referral fee. :-) Contract Coordinator Prepares, organizes, administers and maintains Vendor Partnership Program portfolio and all associated contract files. Analyzes and communicates contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions, contract policies to ensure compliance with appropriate legal guidelines, corporate policies, and business unit procedures. Tracks, analyzes, and documents contract performance and compliance, rebate analysis and manages the non-rate earning portfolio. Extensive research to resolve remedy cases. Liaise with the Category Management Team, Divisions, Vendor Administration, etc. to assure overall integrity of the contract. Be responsible for contract activities involved in vendor mergers, acquisitions, and program withdrawals for VPP suppliers Qualifications - High School Diploma required. Associate degree preferred. Related Experience: 2 years contract management experience required. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a supply chain operation. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must demonstrate a high degree of effective written and verbal communication. Must possess excellent organizational skills and be able to take the initiative. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word and be familiar with PowerPoint and Access. The primary purpose of this position is to provide day-to-day contract management support for assigned contracts, ensuring proper construction and implementation of contracts. Additionally, the coordinator will maintain all contracts and measure their effectiveness in achieving defined goals through the life of the contract.
