I know, some people dont want to hear negativity and rants, but I cant shut up about it and wont. Im so stinkin sick of FED EX!! Let me clarify though, my regular driver is fine. I have no problems with the weekday delivery guy. Whoever drives the route on Saturday needs fired. Plain and simple. The third time (IN A ROW) that FedEx has failed to deliver my waited for package on a Saturday. It is the third time (IN A ROW) that I sat at home ALL DAY on a SATURDAY waiting for said package, to find out when I sit down to check my email at 8:30 PM that the driver couldnt find my address. ?! WHAT?? Actually, last time it was couldnt find it. THIS time it was incorrect STREET ADDRESS. NO the idiot driver cant look at a damn map. COLES COUNTY IDIOT. OR try CALLING ME FOR FUTHER DIRECTIONS!!! Obviously Im WAITING for this EXPECTED delivery, even though for the THIRD time IN A ROW, you failed to EMAIL notification that it was even coming. The last time I called the nest about a package that didnt get delivered, they made me wait 15 business days before they over-nighted the stuff to me. So, they send the entire order (a party) twice ...today actually was the 15th day...but not business day...and I called the nest...one year ago...I called back on the 13th business day and I received it on the Saturday before Christmas. I had customers that expected it before the 15th and were out of town by the time I got it. It really makes ME look bad when I fail to deliver items that I have GUARANTEED on December 1st that they would have it LONG before Christmas. :/ Makes me a liar. I dont like that. Not to mention the fact that an entire party of jewelry is now LOST and NOBODY gets it...so Origami Owl absorbs the cost. Anyway...I just called FedEx (for the THIRD time) and wouldnt you know they want directions and they say they will get it to me tomorrow. :/ I damn sure hope they were recording that conversation because I did all the talking and she did the typing. I dont like it being in her words, I want it in mine. This is a crock of crap that it happens every time I get a Saturday FedEx delivery...ONLY FedEx!!
