I know that January is often the time that people are thinking about making changes to their health and fitness. The famous New Years Resolutions kick in, and gym memberships sky rocket. While everybody likes the idea of a fresh start, new beginnings eventually become old and so do our unachieved goals. This leaves us feeling discouraged and disappointed. This year, I encourage your to build your goals around taking small, consistent steps to making LIFESTYLE changes. This doesnt mean you will lose 20 lbs in a week, or dramatically change the way that you look and feel. It means that you will make small, easy steps that you are able to keep up with for the long haul. After 3 months, those seamless changes will yield long term results that will get you closer to where you want to be. Her are some ideas to get started!
