I know there are a lot of hopes and/or fears (depending on your perspective) about what might be said from the podium at an upcoming speaker meeting in California. While it is true that I honestly dont care what N.A.W.S. or the World Board want or like, I do not speak about things that belong in business meetings FOR N.A. in recovery meetings OF N.A. What I speak about in recovery meetings has everything to do with the newcomer sitting in the audience. I share a message of recovery from active addiction through the Steps and Traditions of Narcotics Anonymous. The attached link is not necessarily what I plan to say in California. There is no plan. It is merely an example of how I share in recovery meetings. I am happy to discuss the Baby Blue, Second Edition, and long-overdue service reformation with anyone on either side after the meeting.
