I know this is pretty obvious, but I love poodles. Not that other breeds arent okay, still worthy of a head pat sure..but other people can have other breeds, the poodle is the one for me. I dont mean that to offend anyone with other breeds, we all like different things and thats whats so beautiful about having so many purebred dogs to choose from when choosing a best four legged pal. But for me, its poodles and will always be poodles....especially Lilly and her descendants. This litter is bringing me so much joy its unreal. They are so affectionate, curious, even biddable for itty bitty babies. They seek their puppy pads, follow me around, come to the sound of my voice, investigate everything put before them, the down side to such confident curious pups is that its nearly impossible to get anything done with them underfoot! lol Sky Blue tried to ride the crate I was pulling across the floor to set up and none of them take cover as I try to shift the rattly ex-pen into position and it sways and weaves and nearly conks them on their little noggins! lol They know I am close and that is all they need to feel safe and that makes me so happy. Im always sad to see the pups leave, to not be able to tuck them in at night, scratch their little tummies, and play with them in the floor. But Im also always overjoyed to see how much pleasure they bring their new families and I know that w/o my efforts they wouldnt have that wonderful little four legged pal. Its a very satisfying feeling when I know wonderful families tuck in, rub bellies, and sit in the floor to play with my wonderful pups every night for the rest of their lives.
