I know this is true from personal experience. The cardiologist that brought me back to life after being dead for 28 minutes explained it. I had no pain at all. I just felt a little strange and was breathing heavy after mowing the lawn. I am glad we called 911 as we didnt think much about the symptoms. Nobody including the ambulance thought I was having a heart attack until I walked out to the ambulace and climbed inside and went into the first of 2 full cardiac arrests.
