I know this may sound slightly premature but Id like to challenge you to participate in a zombie run/race on November 1 in Rogers, AR. Here are my reasons for sharing this with you: 1) If you register today before midnight you can save $5 off your entry fee by using the code DEADINROGERS. 2) If you always use the I cant run excuse, you have the required two months to complete the Couch to 5k program. 3) If youre like me and always use the I hate running excuse this will be fun because youll be dodging zombies. 4) If I cant talk you out of using your excuses you can also register to participate as a zombie and you can give the runners grief. 5) The money raised will benefit programs for children in Rogers. 6) Easily my favorite reason - this race is at 4pm. That means you dont have to roll out of bed to run. I mean mornings are made for coffee - not running. 7) The Hogs will be playing at MSU that day and given the championship implications involved in this showdown it will likely be a 7pm prime time ESPN game giving you plenty of time to settle on your couch. 8) This will be the day after Halloween and youll need to run off all those Tootsie Pops you stole from your kid. 9) I actually conned my way into helping plan the race by saying Id get my friends to sign up so I really need your help! active/rogers-ar/running/distance-running-races/nightmare-on-elm-street-zombie-run-2014
