I know this to be True! My Doctor for Years Tried to PUSH Pain killers on me Because, I refuse to take Anything but Aleve for my back pain. He would still tell me well let me give you a prescription for some pain killers to help with the pain & I would say No Im Okay I can deal with it. I NEVER wanted to Depend on Anything & he Never seem to understand that?? When it got so Bad I had to get Injections a Specialist told me Surgery couldnt help it was too bad even though another Doc was pushing Surgery. I havent had pain like I used to sense the injections 8 years ago I just take it easy & I know my limits now. Yes I still have some pain I have LEARNED to deal with it & Live with it. It doesnt Control my life Because I want let it. As a CNA I have seen WAY too much Drug Dependents & people who think if they have any pain at all they need something its Heartbreaking to see & watch Its a HUGE PROBLEM I have seen EVEN DOCTORS with Drug Problems Its very Scary!
