I know times have changed. Life moves on. But i will never for the rest of my life forget this. I was a teen when i watched our Vietnam Vets come home to hate and ugliness. I never understood how the american public could do that. I heard the stories of my mothers friends who had someone they loved in vietnam. What things happened. As a teenager i could not wrap my mind around it. Vietnam Vets will always have my heart and love. THIS WOMAN WAS and will always be a TRAITOR. And for our current president to honor her, makes me sick. I have a friend who is related to her and what i am saying may hurt my friend and i may lose them in my life for it. My friend.... i love you, but i cant not turn away from what i feel and believe.
