I know you will not lose any weight eating these, but sometimes you just need a sweet treat!! Enjoy!! Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls - Preheat your Oven to 400 Degrees Rolls: 1 package active dry yeast 1 cup warm milk (105 - 110 degrees) 1/2 cup sugar 1/3 cup melted butter 1 teasp salt 2 eggs 4 cups all purpose flour Dissolve yeast in warm milk (I use a whisk). add rest of ingredients & mix well. Knead on floured surface until no longer sticky. Put back in the bowl, cover with a towel & let rise until doubled (about an hour). Roll out to about 21 x 16 1/4 thick. Filling: 1 cup packed brown sugar 2 1/2 Tablsp cinnamon (mix these two together) 1/3 cup softened butter. Spread butter over dough evenly, then evenly spread sugar/cinnamon mixture on top of butter. Starting with the longest side roll dough. Slice into 1 3/4 slices (and yes I actually measure them!). Place on lightly greased cookie sheet, evenly spaced apart. Bake 10 minutes or until tops are light brown. Icing: 1 stick softened butter 1/8 teasp salt 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar 1/4 cup (2 oz) softened cream cheese (I use the whipped) 1/2 teasp vanilla. Cream butter & cream cheese together, add sugar, mix well, then add vanilla. You can use a mixer, I do it by hand. Generously coat rolls. You can dip them in the icing if you want.
