I known its weird, but we want to be transparent for a minute. This time off has given us a lot of time to think about Artistic Puppy. I have come to the realization that we have a lot of growing to do. The outpouring of support this past year (our first year of full time business) from you has been overwhelming. Here are our observations: 1. We have grown really fast. I mean, REALLY fast. 2. I got in it for the art and now we are running a business. 3. In the growth we have been trying to keep up- usually from 7am till midnight. 4. What matters most to us is our clients. They are our friends and, in this area, our family. 5. We are walking the exhausting and exhilarating line between making art and making Artistic Puppy work. 6. Our clients deserve the best. So, in 2015 we are making some changes. These are our three goals. Call them promises or resolutions: Better Communication. We find ourselves always on photoshoots, client meetings, faces glued to a screen, and keeping the books. We are currently looking to hire somebody that will be on top of making sure our clients are always treated as priority one while we continue to do the work. This means quicker returns and better quality. You deserve it. More Bang for the Buck. Your investment needs to bring you more. We want to provide more services, products, packages, and value without raising our prices. Greater Innovation. We got where we are by pushing the boundaries of creativity. Why stop now. We have great ideas and want to wow you with every project. Whether its a photoshoot, website, graphic design, or video, we will be top notch in the community. Thank you for your patience.
