I lately came across my friend(the picture below) and I was really amazed by meeting her. I absolutely couldnt recognize her until she called my name. She is far more pretty than before, so she now works as a model in a costume company. I asked how she made it. She just showed me to her kitchen and told me that she followed Metabolic Cookbook to cook herself meals for weight loss. This is totally unbelievable.
