I learned 2 very valuable things this week. 1. Sucrose (table sugar) is one half glucose and one half fructose (sugar coming from fruit). 2. Fructose, which is TOXIC to your liver, completely BLOCKS the hormone Leptin from getting to the brain to signal the hypothalamus that you are full. Eating fructose, to your brain, is like you ate nothing at all. And you will keep on eating and eating. Completely remove all (or minimize) fructose from your diet today, so you can finally feel full when you should.
