I, like many was disturbed by this video the first time I watched it. As a matter of fact I watched it 20 times before I pulled the lyrics up, because I wanted to piece together the meaning myself. I was way off. We all interpret things differently in life, and I believe the lyrics can adjust to many lives. I really encourage an open mind when listening to music. I especially encourage you to give props and accolades to Sia. She has driven a lot of musicians to their success because of her fabulous song writing ability. Countless musicians have turned her words, emotions, and life experiences into multimillion dollar hit alhums/songs. I find it very interesting that during the few interviews she has done ( very few) her back is turned to the camera. She does not want to be famous for looks or associated w a rockstar/popstar etc persona. She has faced many struggles and overcome addiction and suicide attemots. In order to heal she has chosen song writing and vocsls.
