I like this very much. Ive started to slowly find ways to streamline my life and focus on things that really matter... but I think the bottom line here is that each person inherently knows what they *really* need to be happy and successful. The key is to not let other peoples standards interfere with that. If youre going to take something on--whether its personal or professional--do it as a conscious choice, do it with joy, or dont do it at all.
