I like to call this move an Around The World. It works the entire body. Your legs should feel the burn as you go down into a lunge. Be sure to rotate your hips, pivot that back foot,!and place the weight of your body in the heel of your front foot. This is a controlled movement so your core should be stable and your arms should not be flying up out of control. The cool thing is, this exercise can be done with a medicine ball, a cable, a weight, a resistance band, etc. Try doing three sets of 12 to 15 repetitions on each side. Happy 4th of July! ❤️❤️
