I listened to that detailed report and I guess I dont understand why the folks in that area who are rioting are so willing to forget that this Youngman was the one that started this whole event. He robbed that store and bullied the store clerk, then refused to get out of the street when directed too by the police. Then he stuck his head inside the police car window and went for the cops gun that went off in that struggle, I mean who does that other than someone trying to hurt or event trying to shoot that cop. Then he runs away and the policeman starts his chase, the Youngman stops, turns around and charges at the policeman, does anybody actually think he was charging at him to surrender himself? No he wanted to hurt or maybe even kill that policeman who he attacked minutes earlier so the policeman shoot him, he attempted to charge again so the cop fired again killing him, cant these people see the cop had very little choice, I fully support this policemens actions here. As sad as the outcome was, what did they expect when this Youngman reached for his weapon and assaulted the cop in his own car, I mean really, the kid brought this on himself and acting as if the cop was in the wrong worries me that these folks are all lawless in that town and looking for any excuse to raise hell, sorry but I felt this Youngman got what he deserved
