I live in the city and you see a lot of people sleeping in the streets, sometimes I patiently watch to make sure there still breathing! I stopped giving money shortly after moving to the city because a couple remembered me and used to heckle me on my walk home from Flinder st! I still find it heartbreaking especially after working in homeless and welfare services! Be mindful its up to us to make change through social policies, think carefully when you vote, think carefully about your actions and how you treat someone! Really in todays harsh world it could almost be anyone of us that find ourselves homeless and disadvantaged! My 5 cents for the day!
