I live near Nanaimo and Dundas in a normally peaceful and serene residential neighborhood. Far enough from Dundas to hear the traffic and just a few blocks from the water where the noises I wake up to are seabirds and tugboats. Over the last little while there has been a lingering, annoying insistent beeping that has become the background noise of my days. It is loud enough to be heard over my music. I have been notified that this noise is coming from Lafarge Canada Inc 2095 Commissioner St, Vancouver, BC V5L 1A4. Their new loader. Does anyone else in this area hear this? I am led to believe yes (based on this poster I found), if so, I would like to take action against Lafarge to get them to address this clear noise violation.
