I lived in Izmır, which is an important city in the Aegean Recion and everybody know as pearl of the aegean. Izmir is the most beautiful city of Turkey, to me. It has a population of over 4,061,000. There are a lot of historic and touristic places, so there are a lot of tourists in all seasons of the years. Especially in summer. Izmir is famous for the Clock Tower, and it is the symbol of the city. There are also many historic buildings, for example, Ephesus, House of the Virgin Mary, Kemeraltı Historical Bazaar, Open Air Gas Faktory, Agora, Izmir Clock Tower, Historical Lift etc. Cesme is Izmirs the most popular county. This popular and attractive resort west of Izmir is famous for its modern hotels, sparkling clean sea and wanderfull sandy beaches. Izmir is extremely hot and humid in summer while its usually cloudy,rainy and mild in winter. Its be very windy in Izmirs coasts. Izmirs weather and daughters would not trust. ıt sometimes rains in the spring and autumn. Izmir is famous for its mountains. There are songs about it. There are also famous for its foods. These Izmır Kofte, Lokma, bagel, boyoz etc. They are delicious. I like living in Izmir because Ataturk is the most favorite city Izmir. You can find different activities and there are very frendly people. There are many fairs, concerts, water sports facility and most importantly relaxed atmosphere, so I like living in Izmir.
