I look back at my college career and I am just happy. Happy with all the success and even the failures because starting from my Freshmen year I have always been moving and growing. To start off I had my PLP family were I met so many great people like my friends Brittany McConathy, Regan Cross, Chris Gist, Rodney Haynes, Corinne ONeill, Jessica Nicole Wells and Destiny Nicole Miller, and so many other great people. I got the reputation of the one who asked millions of questions. Then during my Freshmen year I shocked a lot of people when I took a chair position in one of my organizations on day one of me being in the organization and then I got recognized for it. During my Freshmen year I had a support system with the RAs and I can not thank them enough Whitney Johnson, Kaleisha Katie Willis, Victoria Kwentua, and Jaysun Neville-ipod Weams your help will never be forgotten. Then my Sophmore year was even better I got on my first Executive Board and developed more as a leader in SGA and that is where I met these wonderful people Tara Luck, Megan-Elizabeth McDaniel Derrick Mr.President Houston, Raven Maxile and Robin Maxile better known as the Maxile twins, and I got closer to my hometown friend Emily Cogburn, Ellie Spain, Dezmun D. Payne, and Chels Marie Zeno. I went through my first disappointment when I went for Vice-President of SGA but the people who were looking out for me told me I was not ready yet. That taught me an extremely valuable lesson because that showed me they had my back even though I could not see it at that time. It takes a true friend to tell another friend that they are not ready for something. Then I was named Senator of the Year and voted by the Cabinet as Outstanding Seantor of the Year. Then I was voted to be the Speaker of the Senate of SGA, Vice-President of Helping Hands, and the Vice-President of Circle K International. Those accomplishments showed me that when one door closes God has so many more doors open for me I have been truly blessed. Then my Junior year and man it has been crazy. I got on Homecoming Court something I thought would never happen in a million years I got to see all the people who cared and who watched me grow in the leader I am today. I Got to thank some of them Clarissa Morgan, Misha D Williams Chyna Lashay, Tree BluMagnetiZm Easter, Candace Fairley, Shandi Russell, Alexis Blu Humility McCoy, Courtney TaylorBrandon Banks, and DeAndrea Sanders, Jamie Williams Flanagan, Frances Welch it has been a difficult travel with the people listed but it has been a wonderful experience because it leads me to my what people would think is a failure but honestly it was a blessing in disguise because it showed me how strong I am and that was losing my Presidential Election that was not God telling me no that was him telling me that he has something greater which is okay with me. But I am ready for my final year I have been through it all and I am going to continue moving. For people who have not heard from me in a minute this has been my little update. I am strong, I know who has been by my side and I will never forget them.
