I lost my refund in 2010, $9,000, 2011, $2,000, 2012, $5,000, to my exs student loans, and $800.00 monthly from my check since April of 2014, and I have to pay all of my exs student loans, and I lost $15,000 having to pay for his personal debt and golf cart he kept because he didnt pay, and I get a late on my credit reported from a property he sold that he never assumed, so the person who purchased it is paying late but hurting my credit monthly, but Im so glad that I took all my documents to a female lawyer, and I pray I can at least get a judgment against him with interest, I can record, and force him to assume it all. I hope my judge is a strong judge who will do something about it. From what I hear, people are screaming for fairness, but judges seem to not want to help one party alone but trying to be supportive of both. What cop out!! I hope I see fairness! Im not interested in politically correct business. You were voted in for a reason, not to be wishy washy, but strong, and ready to act on what is morally correct. We need judges who love fairness.
